Tomatoes are a natural source of many vitamins like Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium and Potassium. Tomatoes also contain a source of Lypocene. Lypocene acts like a natural sunscreen, protecting the tomatoes against UV rays. Tomatoes are antioxidants that are easily absorbed by skin. They are necessary in a skin care because they come back from free radicals. Antioxidants also protect and slow down the effect of aging skin. For best results, you need an organic tomato (just the top of tomato) and one table spoon of organic fine sugar. You can also use a little bit of an Extra virgin olive oil. Direction: Slice the top of your tomato- because the steam will be your grip. Then use a small plate and add 1 table spoon of organic sugar. Take the top of the tomato and dip it in the sugar.
