Hi Guys, I am back with another beauty trick. The most important and inexpensive thing that you can do for your skin is to drink lots of water. Drinking water helps us to look fresh outside and out. I love to mix water with lemon and add just a pinch of cayenne pepper. This drink is sooo delicious and healthy for you. As a personal trainer I can recommend this homemade drink highly since lemon burns calories and is amazing for your skin! Good Luck!
Tomatoes are a natural source of many vitamins like Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium and Potassium. Tomatoes also contain a source of Lypocene. Lypocene acts like a natural sunscreen, protecting the tomatoes against UV rays. Tomatoes are antioxidants that are easily absorbed by skin. They are necessary in a skin care because they come back from free radicals. Antioxidants also protect and slow down the effect of aging skin. For best results, you need an organic tomato (just the top of tomato) and one table spoon of organic fine sugar. You can also use a little bit of an Extra virgin olive oil. Direction: Slice the top of your tomato- because the steam will be your grip. Then use a small plate and add 1 table spoon of organic sugar. Take the top of the tomato and dip it in the sugar. Apply it evenly on you face in a circular motions. Wait 10 minutes before you rinse it. Your skin should look radiant and feel refreshed.

There are many natural tricks how to improve a complexion of your skin. I am a big fan of natural products and one of my "must haves" is an organic homemade scrub. We need to exfoliate our skin at least twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells, leaving your skin radiant and smooth. Here is my recipe: You need a small container (for storing your scrub), organic granulated sugar, organic honey and extra virgin olive oil. It's super easy! Here is the direction how to make it: In a small bowl, mix 3 table spoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 table spoons of organic honey and 1/2 of table spoon of organic granulated sugar. Mix it all up and pour it into your scrub container. I recommend not to store your scrub in a fridge instead leave it in a room temperature for easier application. Good luck!
